12 Design Principles for art.

Hello. My name is Jesse Walter and I would like to welcome you to the Design Elements and Principles (DEAP) course. This is a mini-course is designed with painters in mind. however the principles of design for art extend beyond the scope of painting. In this course we will complete three modules. We will first learn what the 12 principles of design are. Then we will translate the principles into the Elements of Design for painters. Finally, we will put to practice what we have learned as we complete a painting project. You will be expected to upload images of your painted work in this final module.
